Timothy Gabriel (Broker in Charge / President)– Licensed since 1977 Mr. Gabriel has worked in the Real Estate and Finance Industries, focusing on residential primary and secondary home sales, mobile home sales, residential lots / home-sites, land acquisitions for development and commercial site location, business transfers and manufacturing plants.
Since the early 1990's his focus has been on the REO industry completing over 600 Broker Price Opinion reports per year on average and representing major financial institutions in the marketing and sale of bank owned properties.
Lisa M. Gabriel (Broker / Vice President) – Graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2003 with a Political Science degree and joined her father in the real estate field by becoming licensed in 2005 and by continuing her education and obtaining a broker’s license in 2011. Ms. Gabriel is the office manager with duties including: coordinating showings, offer presentations, entering listings on the MLS, property maintenance schedules, and the completion of Broker Price Opinion reports.
